About Us

Ivy Manor was founded in 2005 by Susan and David Polster with the opening of their first facility in Fond Du Lac County located in Campbellsport, WI.   Since then, Ivy Manor has transitioned it's elder services to Washington County via our state of the art three building complex located in West Bend, WI.  Over the last decade we have put a strong emphasis on healthy-living for all our residents and provided services to meet their social and physical needs.  From the time since we opened our first assisted living community, our family has been driven to provide a caring and safe environment for you and your loved ones.
